The top is constructed of a soft, broadcloth fabric in a shade of army green with a satin floral ribbon running along the neck seam in a shade of light green. Lining the inside of the blouse is a shade of red cotton which also peeks out underneath the bell sleeves. Closing the back of the garment is a blue zipper that starts from the mid lower back to the shoulder blades making it easier to slip on.
The lower half of this garment is made of a light satin, checker pattern in teal, cobalt blue, pink and green. It starts just below the bust and flows to the feet into a bell shape pant. The bells at the bottom have an extra panel stitched in the shape of a triangle for that extra flare. The wideness of the bell is easy flowing and has that fresh summer of love look from the 70s.
Who or What Were Your Biggest Inspirations During This Process?
I love the boho style and one of my inspirations for this piece was actually a good friend of mine who always helps me when I have shows. She expressed her love of vintage and gave me the idea of Bohemian.

I started doing clothes in elementary for barbie dolls and realized I wanted to move to adult clothing. I learned mainly from my grandmother who was an amazing seamstress and taught me a few things before she passed. I went to design school for about three years but was not able to graduate and have been designing clothing since.
